In order to offer international shipping to a larger range of countries for this edition, we have lowered the cost per book and are offering DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping to most destinations. This means the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges associated with the shipment upon arrival in their country.

Please note: Orders shipped to Germany, Sweden and Denmark are sent via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, and buyers should not be required to pay additional fees to their postal provider to receive their package.
