We are located in Brisbane, Australia

This means we typically use Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and Australian Currency (AUD) in announcements and promotions.

We also have a US Dispatch Hub in Michigan, United States. They handle most of our US bound orders which helps keep our boxes more affordable.

If you have active unfulfilled orders (you have already paid but it has not been shipped yet) please follow THESE INSTRUCTIONS to check and change your address.

When you change your shipping address on the website portal, it only updates your address for any future orders. It will not change the address for purchases already made so you will have to change these manually.

 

To change your address for future subscriptions, please follow the instructions below:

How to access your book box subscription

1. Once you have logged into your account, open the menu and click 'Profile':

2. This should take you to a page that looks something like this:

Click the '+ Add' button to add a new address.

2. If you want this address to apply to all future orders make sure to select 'This is my default address' before 'Save':

If your renewal fails, our system will attempt to process payment 3 more times.

These attempts will be made every 24 hours until the payment is processed.

If the payment is unsuccessful after the final attempt, your subscription will be paused.

We will then email you and ask what you would like to do. If you do not respond to us, your subscription will be cancelled.

Have you opened your book?

From January 2026, all bookmarks and A6 cards are placed inside your special edition before the book is securely wrapped in plastic.

This extra step protects the items during shipping.
