Where possible, a portion of our editions are sent to our US Dispatch Hub and dispatched to customers within the United States.
This allows us to offer more affordable pricing for our US customers.
Not always.
While we always aim to use our US Dispatch Hub, we cannot guarantee this will be available for every edition. Production schedules, print quantities and other logistical factors may mean some editions are still shipped directly from Australia.
Yes! Our US customers receive the same editions as our other customers, with the same designs and attention to detail.
In rare circumstances, licensing restrictions may prevent us from distributing a specific edition in certain regions, but we will always make this clear on our website and social media. But we will ensure this never impacts our subscription boxes.
Yes! Subscriber discounts and early access to preorders, sales and other events remain the same for US subscribers as they are for all other subscribers.
Our US Dispatch Hub currently supports customers in the United States only.
Customers in all other regions continue to receive their orders through our existing fulfilment processes.
Where possible, all US purchases will be fulfilled through our US Dispatch Hub.
Some editions may still be shipped from Australia depending on production and fulfilment requirements.

Every edition is still designed, reviewed and approved by our in-house team, packed to Bookish & Spice standards and handled carefully by our shipping partners.
