What are Extra stock sales?
Our Extra Stock Sales give customers a second chance to purchase past subscription special editions they may have missed.
Stock is always limited, and once it's gone, it won't be restocked.
EXTRA STOCK OF A SPECIFIC TITLE IS NOT GUARANTEED!
Our print runs are tightly planned, so we can never guarantee that any particular book will be available in extra stock.
We always recommend subscribing to avoid missing out on subscription editions as this secures your copy and offers the best price!
Exclusive editions are not included in Extra Stock Sales, they are offered separately.
When we do have leftover copies—in either good or imperfect condition—they'll be made available during these sales.

Which books will be available?
To put it simply, we won’t know until closer to the sale.
Availability depends entirely on whether we have leftover copies after all original orders have been packed, shipped and received. Because of this, stock will vary from sale to sale, and from book to book.
That said, we always announce which editions will be available ahead of each Extra Stock Sale via email and social media. So, you’ll still have time to plan ahead!
Editions not featured in a subscription box (Exclusive editions) will NOT appear in Extra Stock.
Extra Stock FAQs
We run Extra Stock Sales a few times a year, depending on what titles are available. There's no fixed schedule.
Sales are based on what we have remaining after subscription orders are fulfilled.
We announce upcoming sales via email and through our social media channels. We recommend subscribing to our mailing list to be the first to know when a sale goes live.
Good Condition copies are leftover books that meet our quality standards with no noticeable imperfections or damage.
Imperfect copies will have minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., slightly dented corners or misaligned sprayed edges). These flaws are purely aesthetic and do not affect readability. Each book will vary but listings will include example photographs of typical imperfections
Yes! All books sold in Extra Stock Sales come from the original print run, with the same custom features (foiling, endpages, sprayed edges, etc.) as the original subscription edition.
Prices will vary by title.
However, imperfect copies will typically be offered at a slightly lower price than good condition stock.
⚠️ Copies are strictly limited to one of each book per person. ⚠️
However, there is no limit on how many different titles you can purchase.
For example, in past sales, customers were permitted to purchase:
- 1× Blood and Steel
- 1× Hunt Me Darling
But not:
- 2× Blood and Steel
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that exceed the one-copy-per-title limit.
Yes. Due to the limited nature of extra stock, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for these items.
There will also be no replacements available if books are damaged in transit.
Important Things to Note
Extra Stock Sales move quickly so here are a few key things to keep in mind.
Active subscribers receive early access
This does not apply to customers who have purchased/preordered other exclusive editions.
Early access is only for active subscribers of our Fantasy, Dark, and Contemporary subscriptions.
If you're an active subscriber, you'll receive an early access confirmation email the day before the sale starts. This email will include a private link and password to access the Extra Stock Sale, but keep in mind, they won’t work until the sale officially begins.

Items aren't held in your cart
Your order is only confirmed once you check out, so we recommend acting quickly if there's something you really want. We’ll reveal which titles will be available before the sale, so you can plan ahead.
Good vs. Imperfect copies
Good vs. Imperfect copies are listed separately. Be sure to double-check the product title and description before finalising your purchase.
All sales are final
Due to the limited nature of extra stock, we can't accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery
Extra Stock Sales generally go live on Saturday/Sunday.
While you can place orders as soon as the sale is live, please note that our warehouse team is off over the weekend, so we start processing orders on Monday.
Processing times are typically 5-14 days, as we need time to pack and prepare everything for dispatch. That said, depending on demand or the time of year, processing may take a little longer, so please keep that in mind when estimating delivery times.
IMPORTANT: Express Postage is not the same as Express Fulfilment!
Choosing Express shipping won’t speed up processing. We fulfil orders in the order they come in. However, Express Delivery will speed up your package’s travel time once it leaves us.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are not included in the price of Extra Stock Sale items. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
