Updating Your Shipping Address

If you have active unfulfilled orders (you have already paid but it has not been shipped yet) please email admin@bookishandspice.com.au to change your address for these.

When you change your shipping address on the website portal, it only updates your address for any future orders. It will not change the address for purchases already made so we have to change these manually.

 

To change your address for future subscriptions, please follow the instructions below:

How to access your book box subscription

1. Once you have logged into your account and navigated to 'Your subscriptions', click 'Edit Subscription' for the Subscription you want to update:

This should take you to a page that looks something like this:

2. Scroll down, and under the billing schedule you should see the following:

Click the 'Edit' button circled above to edit your shipping address for future boxes.

 

3. You can also edit your contact email (which we use to send subscription updates) by clicking the 'Edit' button next to contact:



YOUR ADDRESS FOR UNFULFILLED ORDERS WILL NOT CHANGE!

If you have active order that you have paid for but it has not shipped yet YOU MUST EMAIL US at admin@bookishandspice.com.au for us to manually update your address on that order. You CANNOT change the address for outstanding orders yourself.
