Updating Your Payment Method
Payment methods must be updated for each subscription INDIVIDUALLY. Meaning if you have a Dark and Fantasy subscription, both will need to be updated. If you are unsure, please email admin@bookishandspice.com.au so we can assist you.
How to access your book box subscription
1. Once you have logged into your account and navigated to 'Your subscriptions', click 'Edit Subscription'.
This should take you to a page that looks something like this:
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Edit' button next to 'Payment method'
You will receive this message on your screen:
3. Check your email attached to your subscription (it may go to your junk folder) and click 'Update payment information'
You may need to login to your account first but this button should take you to the following page:
4. Select your new payment type and input your new details. Scrolling down, you can also update your billing address:
5. Once you've input your new details, click 'Update card' and you should get the following confirmation:
