These bags are made from a durable canvas and are handmade to order here in Australia.

Product Care:
We recommend only hand washing these totes. If using a washing machine, turn them inside out and wash on the cold wash and on the gentle settings. Do not tumble dry or Iron. This will ensure your products last longer and you get the maximum enjoyment out of them.
Production Times
These tote bags are hand made to order here in Australia. They are hand pressed with a high quality DTF (Direct To Film) Transfers that are printed by a local company on the Sunshine Coast. In order to have a variety of products available in store at all times there is a chance that we may need to order in blank products or transfers to fulfill your order.
Due to this there is a 5-10 business day production time on all orders. We will do everything within our power to get your orders dispatched as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during busy times. This setup allows us to offer inclusive sizing as well as a greater variety of colours and designs, all while maintaining high quality products.
Shipping
All products are handmade in our studio in Brisbane, QLD. Once all products have been made they will be sent in one package to you through the postage option you choose at checkout. You will automatically receive shipping updates via email or mobile. If there are any issues with your delivery please notify us as soon as possible via email and we will assist you in any way we can.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Mistakes happen! After all, we're all human. We keep orders for 24 hours before they go into production just in case you need to change your order. After this we cannot cancel or change your order.
