Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Mistakes happen! After all, we're all human. We keep orders for 24 hours before they go into production just in case you need to change your order. After this we cannot cancel or change your order. 

You can contact us at info@bookishandspice.com.au if you have any problems with your order. Your satisfaction is our priority and we want you to have the best experience with us!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If under the rare occasion we are unable to fix any issues with your order we will evaluate eligibility for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
