Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on merchandise orders.
Mistakes happen. After all, we're all human! We keep orders for 24 hours before they go into production just in case you need to change your order. As our apparel products are print on demand, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has gone into production.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at admin@bookishandspice.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or you have received an incorrect item. Please provide photo evidence of the item when you email so that we can evaluate and action as efficiently as possible.
Refunds & Store Credit
If under the rare occasion we are unable to fix any issues with your order, we will evaluate eligibility and may offer a store credit or refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
