We have some important news regarding our shipping and the ongoing changes due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) updates!
Shipping Update: Books Only for Now
We’re excited to announce that we are resuming shipments as part of our commitment to complying with the latest EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). As of 12 September 2025, only our book boxes meet these requirements. Unfortunately, merchandise items will not be included at this time, as we’re still making the necessary adjustments to ensure full compliance with the updated safety and quality regulations.
Why Books and Not Merch?
Under the new GPSR framework, all products must meet stringent safety standards. We’ve prioritised books for this round of shipments since our subscriptions and preorders are limited, and we’re pleased to announce that our book boxes are now fully compliant with these regulations.
However, our merchandise items are still undergoing further assessments to ensure they meet the latest safety requirements. We want to make sure everything we send meets the highest standards before shipping it to you. The rest of our products are in the final stages of approval and we should have an update within the next three weeks. Stay tuned for more updates!
